Karen Atkinson is a respected and well established Early Childhood professional with over 27 years of experience, specialising in Early Childhood Education. Karen has also writes and publishes all of the learning and assessment materials for the latest children’s services packages.

Alicia is the RTO Training Manager and holds a Bachelor Degree in Teaching/Bachelor of Early Childhood, has 15 years’ experience working in early childhood, OOSH and NSW DET and 12 years’ experience in training and assessing.

Jo has an office background and has also worked with Children with Special Needs. She enjoys exercising, the beach and spending time with her family. “Very happy to be a part of the Atkinson Childcare College team.”

Kylie Henderson has been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry for 14 years. During this time she has gained experience in a number of roles including Educational  Leader, Centre Director, Operations Manager and Regional Coordinator. Kylie is passionate about the compliance side of Early Education and Care.  Kylie enjoys traveling the world and spending time outdoors with family and friends

Lisa has a Bachelor of Teaching Degree & over ten years’ experience working in early childhood in different long day care, preschool, OOSH & work based services & successfully completed the TAE 40110. “My family & I love spending time at the beach surfing & bike riding at idyllic locations.”

Aimee has a Masters in Management and Leadership for Education, a Degree in Teaching and Early Childhood Education and  certificate IV in training and assessment. She has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher for 10 years and taken on lead roles such as Educational Leader.
