Your invitation to our learning portal will be emailed to you, so it's important to check your inbox and also your Junk or Promotions folders as the link may go there. A thank you page will pop up on your screen, you will be able to access your course link from there.

Access your course and complete the quiz.
Once you have logged in, watch the introduction video to get started immediately. Don't forget to complete the quiz at the end!

When can I start my course?
You can start your course anytime throughout the year.
How long will it take to complete my course?
Once enrolled, you have access to our learning portal for 1 week from the day of enrolment.

Is help available?
We are here to help. Please call us if you need help with enrolling or assistance in completing your course. A trainer is available to provide assistance. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Contact us on 02 4942 2300.
When will I get my Certificate?
Within your course you will be directed to an online quiz. After you've read all the material, click and register for your quiz. Complete the quiz (you have 3 attempts and there is no time limit). Once competent, i.e. you get 100%, your certificate will be automatically emailed to you with your results or you can download your certificate from the results page.
